LOVE LOCAL: SPARK CREATIVE LEARNING IN MANITOBA

Portage La Prairie’s Family Resource Centre has shifted their programming to virtual offerings, but there’s still plenty of activities to participate in this month! Wiggle, Giggle & Munch (a physical activity and nutrition program) runs every other Monday starting January 10, Babies & Babble (parent and baby sensory activities) happens every other Tuesday starting January 11, and Toddler Shenanigans (tactile play) happens on January 20. Check out all their programming this month and sign up for a session!

Prairie Sundays are back for the summer at Fort La Reine Museum, located just outside Portage la Prairie. Join them every Sunday in July and August from 1:00 to 3:00pm to experience hands-on heritage programs. Prairie Sundays are free with regular museum admission, and fun for all ages!

This summer’s Prairie Sundays programming includes the following activities:
