Spring Day Camp

Join us for a week of wellness for kids at our Spring Day Camp!

Each day we’ll focus on how to keep our mind, body, and environment healthy and strong. Kids can expect a week of non-stop fun including time in the galleries, our Spring Break Line-Up activities, games, crafts, and more.

Spring Day Camp registration is open to children in Kindergarten through Grade 4.

Day Camp Details

Dates: Monday, March 25 – Thursday, March 28, 2024

Times: 9:25AM – 4:00PM

(Early drop-off from 8:15AM – 9:25AM and late pick-up from 4:00PM – 5:00PM available at no additional cost)

Rates: $160/4-Day Session (Children’s Museum Members save 10% on registration!)

Themes & Activities

Theme: Mighty Minds & Healthy Hearts

• Day 1 | Monday, March 25: Body Balance (Focus on Physical Education) We start our week off with learning about healthy habits through hands-on experiments and interactive games to get those bodies moving. Kids will test their balance, gross motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. The day will end with a relaxing yoga session to wind down those busy bodies!

• Day 2 | Tuesday, March 26: Masterful Minds (Focus on Science) Camp kids will love putting their minds to work with some science that’s sure to leave them in awe. Campers will test their smarts with a memory game, explore chemical reactions and learn all about their beautiful brains!

• Day 3 | Wednesday, March 27: Creative Kids (Focus on the Arts) Creating art feels good and this day will be all about encouraging creative expression. Campers will explore sensory elements, participate in creative movement, and create some take-home art from the heart!

• Day 4 | Thursday, March 28: Planet Protectors (Focus on Social Studies) Join us for a day to discover how to keep our planet clean and healthy! Children will have a chance to interact with giant windmills, a hydro dam and solar energy. We will make our own terrariums while learning about different animal habitats and ecosystems. Children will also get a visit from our special guests at Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society.
