Earth Day 2018
April 22, 2018 @ 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Buzz into the Children’s Museum on Earth Day to create a life-sized honeycomb and learn about the importance of bees on planet Earth with special guests, Beeproject Apiaries. Become a buzzing honey bee and transfer pollen from a flower to honeycomb, then zip over to participate in our Hopscotch Zone made out of all recycled materials. From 11:00AM to 1:00PM, plant your very own seedling with the Forestry Branch of Manitoba Sustainable Development and learn more about Manitoba’s trees. This is also a great day to bring in your recyclable materials to donate for use in our Pop m’Art gallery – find our Wish List here. Being green has never been this fun!
