Volunteer Program

The Children’s Museum is grateful to be supported by a Volunteer Program that is 100+ volunteers strong. Volunteers strengthen our organization and help make us shine!

We pride ourselves in delivering exemplary customer service to our visitors and in offering a creative and educational location for children and caregivers to interact.

As a one-a-kind facility in our community, the volunteer experiences that we offer can be described with such words as creative, dynamic, educational, engaging, exciting, fun, hands-on, interactive, and unique. We’re committed to providing a supportive environment in which our volunteers can learn and grow, and in turn, we expect our volunteers to actively contribute to our mission of sparking kids’ creative learning.

Are you fun, creative, enthusiastic, and interested in making a difference? If so, we may have the perfect volunteer placement opportunity for you!

The Children’s Museum has two volunteer intake periods per year:

  1. Spring (for those interested in summer volunteer opportunities)
  2. Fall (for those interested in ongoing volunteer opportunities)

Placement outside of these two intake periods is currently limited and subject to museum need and/or availability.
