THURSDAY LITERACY RESOURCES

Check out Learn in Color for free, printable writing, vocabulary, and story activities! From panda notebook pages to vocabulary bookmarks they have all your literacy needs.  Visit their books section for book lists and suggestions for any interest.

Visit Explore Children’s Museum in Washington virtually through their Explore Sandbox! Their Storytime section includes activities like creating your own book cover and how to write the first sentence in your story as well as read-alouds and sing-alongs.

Your little ones might need some motivation to get reading – follow this tutorial from the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac as you make a corner bookmark that can be used for all of your favourite stories!

To end off your day, sit back and relax as you listen to these First Friends Rhymes & Songs courtesy of the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire.

Stay tuned for more resources to help spark kids’ creative learning!
