Registration for our Summer Day Camp is now open. Spaces are limited, so register early!
We offer three convenient ways to register:

- Online: Complete and submit the Summer Day Camp Registration Request Form below.
- In Person: To register in person, please visit the Children’s Museum.
Please Note (Before Submitting Your Request):
- This is a Registration Request Form only.
- Your registration will only be confirmed once the Day Camp Counsellor has contacted you and payment is received and processed.
- If you would like to register for more than one week of Day Camp or have any questions about our Summer Day Camps, please contact our Day Camp Counsellor at (204) 924-4014.
- One registration request form must be submitted per child.
- Day camp activities are suitable for children entering Grade 1 through Grade 5 in the upcoming 2012-2013 School Year.
- Arrangements can be made for Special Needs Children to attend Day Camps with their own aide, however the Children’s Museum is not equipped with its own special needs staff.
- The museum reserves the right to rescind registration from any camper(s) whose behaviours negatively impact the museum, its guests, volunteers or staff.
