Deposit Information

Due to demand, we require at 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your booking. Non-profit groups receive a discount of 15% on all room rates. The facility fee of $2.25 (without gallery use) or $4.50 (with gallery use) still applies. Rental cancellations must be received 30 business days prior to the rental date. Cancellations after 30 days will not be refunded. Deposit will not be processed until date & time is confirmed. You will be contacted by the Bookings Coordinator to provide this information to complete your booking.
