Birthday Party Policies

Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis.
There is a cancellation fee on all party packages. Due to demand, we require a 50% deposit to guarantee a booking. If you cancel your party within two weeks of your party date, your deposit is forfeited.
The museum requires a minimum 1/5 adult/child ratio for party and gallery supervision.
The museum reserves the right to deny admission or exclude from the premises any individual(s) whose behaviours negatively impact the museum, its guests, volunteers or staff.
The museum does not allow helium-filled balloons in the building.
As a courtesy to visitors with life threatening allergies, please do not bring products containing nuts into the museum.
All birthday parties occurring on a statutory holiday are subject to additional fees for staff costs ($25 on regular birthday party packages and $50 on exclusive birthday party packages).
Memberships are for family visits only and cannot be applied to school or other group visits (including birthday parties). To learn more about our group rates, please call (204) 924-4004.
