Please note that all requested information must be provided in order to be eligible for this draw. You must be available and consent to bring your child to the Manitoba Children’s Museum for a free photo session on a date of the museum’s choosing (but before September 30, 2010) and to allow your child to be interviewed by a Manitoba Children’s Museum staff member (or if your child is too young to be interviewed, you must agree to be interviewed in their place.) As a participant in our Star of the Month Draw, the Manitoba Children’s Museum reserves the right to contact you to discuss your submission. By entering this contest, you consent to the following: The Manitoba Children’s Museum may use any photographs of your child, images, likenesses, profiles and voice for use in print and/or broadcast materials. Further, you acknowledge that any photograph and/or videotape may be edited and consent to such editing. You release the Manitoba Children’s Museum Inc. of any claim by reason of such editing, of any royalty for the use of such image, likeness, profile and voice of your child in Manitoba Children’s Museum’s use of such image, likeness, profile and voice for the purposes of promoting the Manitoba Children’s Museum Inc. The Manitoba Children’s Museum respects your privacy and holds your personal information in strict confidence.
